Billing Terms

New eligible workspaces receive a 30-day trial without providing a payment card. A trial does not automatically charge you. To retain paid access after it ends, an authorized workspace owner must choose a plan and payment method. We may limit repeat or abusive trials.

Starter is $49 monthly or $490 annually and includes 3 users, 1,000 orders per month, and 2 locations. Business is $99 monthly or $990 annually and includes 10 users, 5,000 orders per month, and 10 locations. Scale is $199 monthly or $1,990 annually and includes 25 users, 25,000 orders per month, and unlimited locations.

All prices are USD. All core modules, eBay US, and the native storefront are included. Lakop charges no percentage transaction fee; marketplace, payment-processing, carrier, telecommunications, and similar third-party fees remain your responsibility.

Monthly plans renew each month and annual plans renew each year until canceled. We clearly show the price, cadence, and renewal terms before purchase. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to the selected payment method for fees and applicable taxes.

Annual prices are charged upfront and represent two months free compared with twelve monthly payments. Usage allowances reset monthly, including on annual subscriptions.

Upgrades may take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at renewal and require usage to fit the lower plan. We may ask you to upgrade if sustained usage exceeds the plan allowance; we will not impose an unpublished overage fee.

We may change future prices with at least 30 days’ notice. A change applies at the next renewal after notice, not retroactively.

Prices exclude sales, use, VAT, GST, or similar taxes. We may collect taxes based on billing information. You remain responsible for taxes not collected and for valid exemption documentation. If payment fails, we may retry, notify account owners, and suspend paid access after a reasonable cure period.

An authorized owner may cancel through account billing settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access continues through the current term. We do not charge an early-termination fee.

Except where law requires otherwise or the Terms provide a remedy for our uncured breach, fees already paid are nonrefundable and we do not provide credits for partial periods, unused users, or unused order capacity. Duplicate or demonstrably erroneous charges will be corrected. Contact legal@lakop.app for a billing dispute within 60 days.
